Yvonne Kidenda is a seasoned professional in higher education, research, business development, and international student recruitment. With expertise in university operations, curriculum development, stakeholder engagement, and transnational educationpartnerships, she has successfully designed and implemented education programs, strategic partnerships, and student recruitment initiatives across Africa, Australia, and Europe.
As Regional Manager for Africa at Edith Cowan University, she led high school engagement, transnational education projects, and alumni relations, strengthening ECU’s regional presence. She is skilled in EdTech integration, CRM management, and digital learningsolutions, ensuring institutions adopt data-driven, scalable education models. Her leadership at Wigot School of Hospitality involved accreditation processes, curriculum alignment, and global partnerships.
With a background in strategic analysis, program management, and business development, Yvonne bridges education with industry needs. She has worked with government agencies, private sector stakeholders, and NGOs to develop career pathways, research-driven education models, and economic development programs. Fluent in English and Swahili, she has a strong grasp of Africa’s education landscape and global higher education trends. She is passionate about capacity building, education access, and leveraging education for societal transformation.
